Retreat Highlights & Signature Experiences:
Signature 4-Pillars Workshop (4 x sessions)
And in the slow, spacious moments of the retreat, you’ll have the option to join Steph’s signature 4-Pillars Workshop—a series created to support meaningful, grounded transformation.
This powerful offering is shaped around four key pillars from Steph’s healing philosophy:
-
Awareness – Gently noticing where you are and what’s no longer serving
-
Boundaries – Learning to honour your energy and protect your peace
-
Clarity – Cutting through noise to reconnect with your inner truth
-
Alignment – Realigning with what feels authentic, true, and easeful
Each session offers soulful conversation, intuitive guidance, and supportive journaling prompts. You’re invited to come just as you are—curious, open, and willing to reconnect with yourself from a place of compassion and spaciousness.
Daily Movement & Stillness Practices
Enjoy a gentle blend of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices each day. Designed to awaken the body, settle the nervous system, and open the heart, these sessions support your integration and rest.
Monk Blessing Ceremony
Receive a traditional Buddhist blessing from a local monk. Chanting and a light sprinkling of water set the tone for the week, inviting in protection, luck, and spiritual connection.
Sacred Water Blessing Ritual
A deeper cleansing ceremony with sacred water poured over your head while ancient chants are spoken. You’ll wear a sarong and be immersed in a timeless ritual said to bring peace, joy, and renewal.
Angkor Wat at Sunrise
To capture the magic of Angkor Wat at sunrise, we’ll depart the resort by 5:00 AM and arrive at the west causeway around 5:25 AM. This awe-inspiring temple, built as a “temple mountain” dedicated to Vishnu, is aligned with the rising sun during the equinox, offering a breathtaking moment of stillness and light. As the sun crests the horizon behind the central tower, you’ll feel the ancient energy of this sacred site come to life.
Bayon at Dusk
In the soft golden light of late afternoon, we’ll leave the resort at 3:00 PM and explore Angkor Thom, the ancient capital of King Jayavarman VII. Walk through the ruins of the celestial palace and the Elephant Terrace before arriving at Bayon—famous for its 37 standing towers, each adorned with serene, smiling stone faces. This sunset journey is an unforgettable glimpse into Cambodia’s spiritual and royal past.
Tonlé Sap Lake Floating Village Tour
Cruise through the stilted villages of Cambodia’s largest freshwater lake. Learn about local life, seasonal changes, and the ecosystem that sustains Southeast Asia’s biodiversity.
Old Market Discovery
Wander through Siem Reap’s lively Psah Chas (Old Market). Here you’ll taste Cambodian delicacies, shop handmade goods, and feel the heartbeat of local life.
Cambodian Countryside by Mountain Bike
Start with a Land Rover transfer to Wat Athvea before cycling through rice fields, villages, and lotus lakes. Conclude at Wat Chedei monastery for sunset. A soulful adventure into the rural rhythm of Cambodia.

Meet Your Host
Stephanie, founder of Thrive Collection, has spent more than a decade curating luxury travel and transformational retreats across the world. Yet it was her time in Cambodia that cracked her open. While volunteering with AllKids, an Australian NGO supporting rural education, she came to witness firsthand the impact of community-led initiatives and the importance of seeing where donations truly go.
During this deeply personal turning point, Stephanie encountered a slower, more soulful rhythm of life—one that reawakened her purpose and devotion to healing work. That experience became the heart of her mission: to create intentional journeys that blend inner growth with cultural depth.
Certified in emotional healing, yoga, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, Stephanie is a devoted space-holder for women navigating transformation.
With every retreat she leads, she invites others to come home to themselves—gently, joyfully, and with reverence.

first met Steph in the Maldives and have since joined her on three more journeys. As a woman in my 50s traveling solo, what keeps me coming back is the trust—I don’t even need to see the itinerary. I just know it will be thoughtfully curated, deeply nourishing, and full of beauty. Every experience she creates feels effortless, inspiring, and exactly what I need.
